Your skin is a reflection of how well your body is eliminating the toxins that build up on a daily basis. Chronic skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis stem from a combination of genetic factors, immune stress, dietary deficiencies or sensitivities, and the accumulation of toxins in the body. For our skin to be radiant and clear, it is very important that the other organs of elimination (kidneys, liver, lungs, and colon) are cleansing the body effectively. I love make up, but I also love natural beauty. Our skin should be taken care of well, and we should love the skin we’re in. It is important to understand your skin type before choosing skin care products so you can successfully get the best results and benefits for healthy, beautiful, and glowing skin. Understanding your skin type is also important so you can understand how to care for your skin care needs effectively.
My skin type is Normal. My skin is not oily or dry. When oiliness and dryness are present, it’s rare and tends to be easy to get rid of or resolve. My pores are not easily visible, I don’t have a shiny or oily appearance. I don’t have lines or wrinkles yet praise God. My skin tone is pretty generalized throughout.
If you have a Normal skin type, like me, these products might work well for you too to maintain a healthy complexion. I’m sure I will try more skin care products in the future, but these are my all time favorite products!

Oil-Free Acne Wash Cream Cleanser – For the longest time I was using Proactiv 3 Step Acne Skin Care System. I used this all throughout high school. It is a really good product until it isn’t anymore. When I stopped using this product I noticed my skin was drying out and did not hold moisture very well. I also stopped this because my mom was no longer paying for the monthly subscription. Thanks mom for all those years of helping me achieve good skin. The Oil-Free Acne Wash Cream Cleanser is a really good product, I like the creamy consistency of it. It does not dry out my skin instead it leaves my skin feeling very well conditioned just like a cleanser should.

Neutrogena Cleanser/Mask – I use this product as a mask, but I only put this product on acne if I’m having a breakout. I sometimes leave it on overnight and wake up and wash it off the next morning. You’ll feel a cooling intensity with this mask. I do not recommend this mask if you have sensitive skin as it would probably lead to skin irritation.

Freeman Feeling Beautiful- I have tried a number of Freeman Feeling Beautiful Masks. My favorite mask is the Hydrating Glacier Water and Pink Peony Gel Cream. I love these masks so much I gave them to my bridesmaids as one of the items in their gifts as a thank you for standing by my side. I hope they loved them!

Berry Moon Sheet Mask -The Berry Moon Sheet Mask is a Korean Brand and it is my new favorite mask. It is a sheet mask. I use the Powerful Charcoal Powder Mask. It detoxifies congested skin, diminishes blemishes, and helps achieve a flawless complexion. After wearing this mask for 20 minutes your skin will for sure thank you, and say “Hallelujah.” Not only will you feel beautiful, but your skin will be plush, glowing, and as soft as a baby’s bottom. Who doesn’t want that? LOL.

Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer – This is a multi-tasking moisturizer. It boosts your skin tone and texture with sunscreen revealing radiant and healthy looking skin. It’s clinically proven to improve tone, texture, dullness, blotchiness, and brown spots. AMAZING.

Clear Complexion Foaming Cleanser – This is my favorite product because it leaves my skin feeling “Positively Radiant!” This feels especially good used with a Facial Cleansing Brush.

Intensive Night Cream – This product feels divine on the skin. It evens skin tone and texture, hydrates and brightens dull skin, and reduces the appearance of brown or dark spot.
The Body Shop:

Tea Tree Line – The Skin Clearing Facial Wash, Facial Toner, and Mattifying Lotion. This Line of Products from The Body Shop not only smells amazing, but it leaves your skin feeling oh so bold and fresh. If you are prone to blemishes, blackouts, and oily skin try these products! I mainly use these products for my blemishes and because it smells Heavenly.

Mario Badescu – Herbs and Rosewater – This is also another great smelling product. There are many benefits of using Rosewater on your face. I use it mainly for hydration and moisture. It gives you a refreshing look. Also, the aroma of roses is said to be a powerful mood enhancer. The smell of roses rid you of feelings of anxiety and promote emotional well-being, thereby making you feel more relaxed. Please excuse me as I spritz away… Lord knows I need more relaxation at both beginning and ending of every day.

First, Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Cream Cleanser Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer
Second, I use Mario Badescu Facial Spray – Herbs and Rosewater and mist it onto my face and neck prior to applying my Make Up Primer
PM
First, Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Cream Cleanser to remove my make up
Second, Positively Radiant Clear Complexion Foaming Cleanser
Third, Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer
Next, Positively Radiant Clear Complexion
And then, Mario Badescu Facial Spray – Herbs and Rosewater and mist it onto my face and neck
Lastly, Aveeno Positively Radiant Intensive Night Cream
I use Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash, Toner, and Mattifying Lotion 1x/week
