I do not have a medical diagnosed condition for a specific anxiety disorder, but I do feel anxious and worried about things. Things that I shouldn’t feel anxiety or worry for, but I do. These are typical emotions to feel. There is peace of mind in Jesus name. Jesus wants to free us from our fears. The Lord is for us and not against us.

Fear is not from God, but from the enemy. Instead of being fearful we should rejoice in the Lord and be glad for this is the day that the Lord has made. If we focus on the things that make us anxious, fearful, or worried they will deplete our victories and our minds. The Lord makes us brave. We are called to put on the full armor of God, be strong and courageous because the Lord goes before you.
The 7 Pieces of the Armor of God
1. The Belt of Truth
The truth sets us free from the lies from Satan.
Truth – I am wonderful, I can do this, I am enough.
Lies – You suck, You cannot do this, You are not enough.
2. The Breast Plate of Righteousness
Jesus’ righteousness will protect us from all of Satan’s accusations and false charges.
3. The Shoes of the Gospel
Satan will place obstacles along the way, but I will boldly march wherever the Lord calls and asks me to go for the Lord will give me the strength to keep moving forward.
4. The Shield of Faith
My faith is a Shield from every doubt, temptation, and false accusations from Satan. I know who my God is.
5. The Helmet of Salvation
My mind is protected. I am certain that my sins have been forgiven and no thought about my past mistakes will ever disturb the peace of mind that I have found.
6. The Sword of the Spirit
Jesus used this weapon when Satan tempted him in the wilderness. In Hebrews it tells us that God’s Word, the Bible, is described as “living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword. How amazing is it that we have power over the enemy whenever we praise the Lord and give God glory? That’s unbelievably amazing.
7. Praying in the Spirit
Be intimate with God, and bathe your whole body in prayer and have a personal relationship with the Lord, so His armor can protect you.
Do you have a personal relationship with Jesus? Do you pray and talk to Jesus? If you answered yes to both questions you already have the full armor of God, now all you have to do is put it on. Put on the armor, with His armor you can stand against Satan and win.
Fear is a liar, don’t listen. Keep your eyes on the things above and be joyful and fill your mind with peace, hope, love, and an abundance of joy for those are the things the Lord wants for your mind and spirit. Joy is an everlasting gift from God and Happiness is fleeting and from the world.
“I am no longer a slave to fear I am a child of God. I am surrounded by the arms of the Father, I am surrounded by songs of deliverance. We’ve been liberated from our bondage. We’re the sons and the daughters. Let us sing our freedom. You split the sea so I could walk right through it. My fears are drowned in perfect love. You rescued me and I will stand and sing I am a child of God.”
I am a precious daughter of the most high King.
How amazing. How wonderful. How marvelous.
This is the song that played while I got Water Baptized on the evening of November 3, 2019. I get goosebumps every time I hear it now. I love Jesus. Wow. I am completely overwhelmed with the joy of the Lord and His peace sustains my soul.
